Piping are made up of polypropylene PN-20 manufactured according to DIN 8077/8078 and Fittings PN-25 according to DIN 16962. BOR Plus manufacture pipes diameter from 16-110mm.
Pipes and fittings are jointed by the socket polyfusion method.
Pipes and fitting are approved for potable water by DVGW. |

Compared to other PP systems, the distinguishing characteristics
of BORplus fittings include:
Smoother transition at the fitting-pipe point of contact, reducing
flow irregularities
Shift of the axis of symmetry in 90° elbows outside the fitting
(diameter range: 16 - 40 mm), directing the main stream of the
flow to a more rounded arch
As a result, BORplus ensures a threefold reduction of hydraulic losses compared to other PP systems. |
